SALESIAN MOTHERS' CLUB
of The Salesian Boys' & Girls' Club

WHO ARE WE?
The Salesian Mothers' Club is a group of women dedicated to raising awareness of the Salesian Boys' and Girls' Club among the community, as well as helping its fundraising efforts.  The Salesian Boys' and Girls' Club is for any child who is between the ages of 8-18 years old, and the Mothers' Club is for any mother, aunt, grandmother, sister or friend who would like to join.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We organize an annual Bingo/Silent Auction event which takes place in November, as well as other social and fundraising events.  These events enable us to contribute $10,000.00 a year to the Salesian Boys' and Girls' Club.  The funds raised by the Mothers' Club are also used for purchasing additional items needed such as new computers for the Tutorial Program, a new camera, an LCD projector, and much, much more.  We meet about once every other month.  Everyone is invited.  Minutes from each meeting are provided via e-mail.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
This is a fun club and does not require a lot of work.  It's a great way to both have fun and give back to an organization that offers so much to all of our children.  It's also a wonderful opportunity to get to know your fellow Club moms.  You'll meet women with children at the Club, women who have children who will soon be members, and women who have watched their kids go through the Club and are now watching their grandchildren participate.  Your participation in the mothers' Club can make a huge impact on the lives of the children in our community.
